General Contracting
Our quality control process is documented throughout each project and based upon a Quality Control Plan specifically tailored to the scope of work. We follow the Three Phases of Control for each military project and implement similar, stringent quality control procedures for work with non-military clients.
On traditional design-bid-build projects, our on-site quality control staff oversees and monitors field performance to ensure all work is compliant with approved plans, engineering specifications, building codes, and quality and schedule requirements. Inspections and tests are performed and documented in quality control reports. We also perform oversight of equipment and materials to determine their acceptability in relation to definable features of work. When working within a design-build project delivery system, our full service engineering design team also works to ensure that every design meets applicable codes, standards and regulations as part of our Design Quality Control Plan.
