It is 3G policy to maintain the highest ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. 3G believes that adherence to this policy will ensure continued success as well as earn and maintain the confidence of clients and the community at large. In order to ensure compliance to this policy, the company has published and distributed the Great Globe Group Code of Ethics

Handbook: Building on a Strong Foundation. All employees must comply with the CODE. To further ensure that employees remain knowledgeable about the current laws, rules and regulations, all employees are required to complete mandatory ethics training every year.

Among the compliance programs 3G has enacted is the 3G ETHICS HOTLINE. Any employee, who has a concern about unethical, illegal or unsafe activity in the workplace, can call the 3G ETHICS HOTLINE toll-free, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Callers can remain anonymous and are not under any circumstances subjected to any acts of retribution, retaliation or disciplinary action.
