Notification of Incidents

3G will immediately notify its clients of any incidents no matter how small and will follow-up with a written report within 3 business days. Such incidences include injuries to employees, damage to company equipment, or any fires

3G incident reports must (at minimum) specify:

  • Who was involved in the incident / Who witnessed the incident
  • What happened
  • When did it happen
  • Where did the incident take place
  • Why/How did the incident occur
  • Resolution / Corrective action taken to handle the incident
